Dr Tony Weir - The P Raymond Begg Research Award

This award was presented on the basis of the volume of research, both personal and supervisory, which has been completed and published, accepted for publication, or awaiting submission and acceptance in the past 24 months and into the near future.The body of work was based on research performed in the area of clear aligner therapy.

Raymond Lam - The Milton R Sims Award

This award is offered on a biennial basis to those completing their graduate programs. It is awarded to the most meritorious student in the two years preceding each Congress. Graduated with a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics at the University of Western Australia with High distinction in 2020. Some of Dr Lam's achievements include:

ASO Congress Cairns 2020 
Won award for best scientific poster displayed by a postgraduate enrolled in an Australasian accredited orthodontic training program. Title: Pulp blood flow and rapid Maxillary Expansion

ABSO Congress Darwin 2019 
Won award for best presentation displayed by a postgraduate enrolled in an Australasian accredited orthodontic training program. Title: Skeletal anchorage system in orthodontics
