Finding an orthodontist is easy - your dentist can help with a recommendation and with more information about orthodontics.

In Australia you don't need a referral to see dental specialists. You can find and contact an orthodontist yourself - either as a new patient, or to seek a second opinion.

As you consider your options, keep in mind that full members of the ASO are qualified orthodontic specialists - they have met the exacting standards of education and experience set by their State Dental Board.
