AOB Certification

To obtain AOB Certification, within three years of obtaining AOB First Stage, you must submit to your State Convenor:

  • Form 3 - Certification Application
  • Pre- and post-treatment records of your two Board Cases
  • Professional Deveopment Log

Should either of your Board Cases be unavailable, you may substitute the pre- and post-treatment records of one of your back-up cases.

After anonymous, non-graded assessment of your Board Cases, AOB Certification will be issued on the first day of January in the following year.

AOB Certification will last for five years*

If obtained by way of the Student Pathway, AOB Certification will last for two years.

For ongoing AOB Certification, the AOB Re-Certification process must be commenced within this period.
