Application and Case Nomination

Applicants should submit to the AOB:

  • Form 1 - Application and Case Nomination
  • Privacy Consent Forms (one copy for each nominated case)
  • Processing fee of $AUS 220

On receipt of the above, the AOB will issue you with a unique Board Number.

When you receive your Board Number, you may proceed with AOB First Stage.

Download the following documents to apply to commence the AOB Certification process for the first time or to apply to commence AOB Re-Certification:

Letter to accompany Consent Form (one copy for each nominated case)
